Willow Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant Damaged by Tornado

      MPUA has been in contact with officials at Willow Springs after a tornado completely
      disabled the wastewater treatment plant on April 30. Overall, the WWTP is running at           
      about 25% of its normal capacity. MPUA’s Mutual Aid is on stand-by, awaiting word from
      Willow Springs.
