Missouri Public Water Council (MPWC)
and
Environmental Services

The Missouri Public Water Council is a standing committee of MPUA members who own or operate drinking water and/or wastewater systems for their citizens. The mission of the MPWC is to take action on legislative and regulatory related matters on behalf of the group or an individual member.  The MPWC serves as a conduit for information between members and the Missouri DNR.  The MPWC staff represents members at various Commission and stakeholder meetings.  By pooling information and resources, and sharing experiences, no utility has to stand alone; or stand out, when issues are before the DNR or the Legislature.

Membership is open to any municipal utility or public water or sewer district.
