Municipal Gas Commission of Missouri

The Municipal Gas Commission of Missouri (MGCM) was formed in 1988, under the Joint Municipal Utility Commission Act, Revised Statues of Missouri, to provide for financing, acquisition and operation of natural gas production, transmission and distribution facilities and resources and for the joint purchase of natural gas to meet the requirements of its member municipalities.
